Commercial and Industrial Survey
Butler County is conducting a waste and recycling survey of local businesses and industry. We rely on the information submitted to meet state recycling goals and to determine how much material is being diverted by the commercial and industrial sectors. Please take a moment to respond by downloading the commercial survey or industrial survey, and replying with your response via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (513-887-3777). If you prefer to complete the survey online use the following link to connect to the survey tool. Your organization's waste and recycling data help Butler County develop programs to serve our local businesses and communities. Responses to the survey are requested by April 30.

Butler Couny Recycling & Solid Waste District will receive proposals for the Curbside Freon Appliance Recycling Collection Services on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at the office of the Butler County Commissioners, Sixth Floor, Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011 until 10:30 a.m. local time. Got Paint? Manage Your Unwanted Latex Paint Year Round
Donate unwanted latex paint to Matthew 25 Ministries - 11060 Kenwood Rd. in Blue Ash. Residents can drop off quality latex paint to be reblended into new paint through this program. Call 793-6256 to verify donation hours/days. Oil based paints are not accepted.
Or, air dry your unwanted latex paint using kitty litter, sand, or saw dust. Pour the absorbant material by the cupful into half empty paint cans, stir well, and allow the paint to dry and solidify in a well ventilated area for a few days. Your waste hauler will accept up to 4 cans per trash pick up at the curb. Please remove lids from cans to indicate the material is a solid. Oil based paints can be recycled at Butler County's Household Hazardous Waste drop off program scheduled to resume in June, 2015.
